  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order, even after confirmation, at our discretion.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your receipt of an order confirmation (by email or via the Site) does not signify our acceptance of your Order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason (e.g., Product unavailable, errors in pricing or description, fraud detection).

  • If we cancel an Order after your payment has been processed, we will refund you the full amount paid (excluding any transaction fees, where applicable) as soon as practicable.

5. Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, that portion will be struck out and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
