Return & Refund Policy

At Aveon Café, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Perishable, consumable, or personalized items (e.g., food, beverages, custom orders) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards and discount vouchers

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Opened or used consumables

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.

  • We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us in secure packaging (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage/defect).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [7–14 business days] of receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
